Price Changes: We try to keep our prices current, but things do change. We are not responsible for typographical errors, printing errors, or sudden supplier’s increases. Call our order department toll free at: 800-327-8001 to confirm pricing.
Shipping: We ship via UPS Ground, Next Day
Air, & 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select.
Methods of payment: We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Business Check,
Bank Check(certified), or US Money Order.
Delivery Time: Approximately one week from placing of order. Special orders may require more time and we will advise you of same. Delivery time map, see the bottom of this page.
Merchandise on Approval: We do not send any merchandise on Patient, Doctor, Optician, or Buyer approval.
Returns: All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) issued by Ducal Trading Corp. Call Customer Service at 1-800-327-8001 for your RA#.
Packages not bearing a RA# will not be accepted. RA# must be on the outside of the carton, under the shipping label. An Invoice copy and note explaining the problem must accompany the return. Manufacturing defects are covered by manufacturers warranties.
It is the customer's responsibility to Insure all returns.
